Elderly

I deliberate that the old patients should be apportioned with respect, and lordliness. I believe that its the nurses responsibility to treat the patriarchal patients, bonny as they would the jr. patients that are in their care. As a high check student in a CNA program, (while doing my clinical rotations) I got to protrude firsthand how the senior(a) were enured. Although the staff seemed friendly and treated closely of the patients well, I observe that they mistreated their elderly patients. This sense in the clinical rotations, taught me a lot some how different the sometime(a) patients are treated, in comparison to the junior patients.During the time that I was there for clinical, I watched as the elder patients would be treated as if they couldnt stress, and they were talked to like a child. This to me is unprofessional and degrading to the patient. I commend one daytime my partner and I were assisting one of the CNAs to publication care of soulfulness with a victuals tube and a catheter. This patient was inefficient to speak, still he still could hear and understand everything that went on. That day when we went to change his depends, the CNA verbalize to him wow youre stinky today. The touch of voice that she utilise was as if she was lecture to a baby, non talking to an old gentleman. What the CNA say and how she said it was very unprofessionalThis experience has revivifyd me to suffer a nurse, because I believe that the elderly patients should receive dignity and respect from their health care providers. Not notwithstanding do I inspire and indispensability to treat them this way, but I in any case want to inspire other healthcare providers to aspire to do the same.If you want to render a plentiful essay, order it on our website:
